To build and sustain a robust group of unique restaurants that support the growth of serious cooks and chefs.

Harry

Chef de Cuisine XO & AV Restaurant

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.

Kenneth “Kenny” Lee

Owner and Chef of XO & AV Restaurants

“I was born into a bachelor’s degree in business and money management,” Kenny jokes. Born to make money, Kenny began purchasing stocks at age 13. By senior year in high school he had already created his first successful “business” selling food and drinks on campus to raise funds for a local homeless shelter.

Harrison “Harri” Ine

Chef de Cuisine XO & AV Restaurant

Harrison’s eyes permanently widened around food the first time his older cousin Mitch “cooked” for him. Harrison was four. Mitch scooped ramen out of a pot, discarded the broth and placed the noodles inside a folded piece of white bread.

Randolph “Randy” Cayetano

Sous Chef (XO Restaurant)

Randy grew up helping his mom in the kitchen, making dinner for the family and desserts for potlucks. As he got older he started looking beyond the traditional bibingka and cassava cakes he made in his Filipino home,

John Patrick Maddela

Sous Chef (XO Restaurant)

When John joined the XO team, he was working three jobs to pay off his car hobby. His love for cars stems almost as far back as his passion for cooking, which was realized after winning a high school cooking competition making Pasta Alfredo.

Gordon Li

Sous Chef (AV Restaurant)

Gordon always knew he would become a chef. In sixth grade he got hooked on The Food Network. Between watching Alton Brown and Emril Lagassi on television and cooking stir-fry and tempura with his grandmother, he became inspired to pursue a cooking career.

Aiden Raboteau

Chef de Cuisine XO & AV Restaurant

Restaurant owner. “Oʻahu has no Middle Eastern restaurants. I’m Armenian. I’d like a similar vibe like this, where you’ve got a counter, a nice bar, good food and casual vibes. I guess like a hole-in-the wall, but kinda upscale.”
